Description of three line types
tre typer liner for Rampline® slakkline-system
SlackShield™
This is the standard line supplied with the Rampline slackline system (from 2026).
SlackShield™ is made of nylon and features a UV-resistant rubber coating on the top side. It is robust and durable, providing a comfortable and consistent slacklining experience.
Requires very little maintenance and re-tensioning. Typical service life is approx. 3–5 years.

Colour: Sand and black
SlackShield™ with integrated steel wire rope
SlackShield™ with integrated wire rope is the most robust line option for the Rampline slackline system. It is made of nylon with a UV-resistant rubber coating on the top side. In addition, it is vandal-resistant due to the wire rope sewn into the line. This is the most durable line variant and provides a good user experience, although it is slightly stiffer because of the wire rope.
Requires very little maintenance and re-tensioning. Typical service life is approx. 3–5 years.
We recommend SlackShield™ with wire rope for locations exposed to vandalism.

POLYESTER, PVC-coated
The polyester line is a more cost-effective option. It is PVC-coated and is the most dynamic line type, offering the ultimate slackline experience. Typical service life is approx. 2–3 years. The line should be re-tensioned regularly in areas with intensive use.
