MATERIALS, QUALITY AND DURABILITY

• Made of 4 mm hot dip galvanized and powder coated steel.
• All parts are designed for long-term outdoor use.
• The top is padded with shock absorbing natural rubber with a non-slip texture.
• Management, operations and maintenance documentation is provided at delivery.

Mounting on different ground covers

Suitable ground covers

• Wet pour ground covers, artificial grass, grass, sand, wood chips etc.
• Please specify the intended ground cover when ordering or enquiring.

Fall height

• 38 cm on wet pour ground covers, artificial grass
• 13 cm on grass, loose fill ground covers
• A shock absorbing ground cover approved for 100 cm fall height is recommended.

SAFETY AREA

• The required extent of the safety area around the equipment is 150 cm (ref EN 1176-1: 2017 / 4.2.8.2.5).
• A ground cover with shock absorbing properties approved for a 100 cm critical fall height is required within 100 cm from the equipment.
• The safety area can overlap with the safety area of other equipment (ref EN 1176-1: 2017 / 4.2.8.2.5)
• Multiple units can be placed in a group (ref EN 1176-1: 2017 / 3.20) in e.g obstacle courses.

MOUNTING

• Delivered ready for mounting on a concrete foundation. Expansion bolts are included.
• The required thickness of the concrete foundation is 15 cm.
• Mounting time approx. 30 min for 1 person.
• Mounting instructions are included.

SAFETY

• Certified by TÜV according to:
  – Playground equipment EN 1176-1:2017
  – Permanently installed outdoor fitness equipment EN 16630
• The activity surface is padded with natural rubber with shock absorption properties and a non-slip texture.
